We also collect usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and features used — to improve platform performance and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate and improve the AxBids platform, provide customer support, send transactional emails related to your account and procurement activities, and communicate about product updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Security

AxBids uses industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, SOC 2-aligned security controls, and role-based access controls. Enterprise customers may request additional data security documentation.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 90 days except where retention is required by applicable law or regulation.
