Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AxBids platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using AxBids on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Platform Use

AxBids grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal procurement and sourcing activities. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform.

3. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice. AxBids reserves the right to enforce the Free plan's item and user limits.

4. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers are governed by their separately executed Master Service Agreement (MSA), which supersedes these Terms of Service where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

AxBids shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
